| Our gourmet programs allow you to experience the highlights of Istria in small, private groups. We take you to markets, olive oil mills, as well as to the best vintners and fancy haut cuisine restaurants. You might even want to take part of truffle hunting and picking of wild asparagus and mushrooms or fishing. It is maybe not widely known, but Istria is the home of the famous white truffle, and the nicest time for a gourmet tour is spring or autumn. Apart from dining in the fancy restaurants we will also enjoy a couple of rustic lunches. | 
| | Of course we shall not miss the hall mark of the Mediterranean, olive oil. We take you to olive growers and wine estates, where we will get acquainted with old and modern technologies, with a great variety of cultivars and sorts. We will taste the finest sorts of wine and olive oil and get some professional tips for their usage in everyday life. If you happen to come at the time of wine harvesting and picking olives, you should not miss a day at the countryside, where we can help the family with they work and get “rewarded” by a typical Istrian peasant lunch. |
