Program description:

Thursday - Welcome to Novigrad, Istria!

Accommodation in the ****Hotel Maestral including welcome drink. Relaxing in the hotel or discovering the fishermen city of Novigrad.

Friday  - lay day

If you book until February 28th, we will organise you a guided city tour of Novigrad for free!

Saturday - the harvest day  

After the breakfast we will bring you to the olive harvest, where musicians and a tour manager will welcome you! You will receive an Istrian sandwich with prosciutto and Istrian cheese to strenghtened you after the work. After the harvest we will go to an olive mill to see the final process of making the olive oil and taste some previous made oil.

Sunday - Goodbye  Istria! 

After the breakfast leaving Istria.
